Questions parents ask
What are the batch timings?
JEE / NEET / MHT-CET (Class XI-XII): 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Foundation Builder (Class VIII-X): 4:00 PM to 8:15 PM.
Which boards do you teach?
CBSE and ICSE only. We do not run State Board classes.
Do you offer a free demo class?
Yes. The free demo is a 1-hour class for the student, followed by a counselling session (or seminar) for parents. Call or WhatsApp either centre, or fill in the enquiry form, and we will arrange a suitable slot.

What is the batch size?
Batches are limited to a maximum of 20 students.
How often are tests held?
Every Sunday. Each test is followed by analysis of the student's mistakes, and the paper is discussed in class.
Do you hold parent-teacher meetings?
Yes. We hold a parent-teacher meeting every month to keep families informed about progress and next steps.
Do you conduct doubt sessions?
Yes. We hold dedicated doubt lectures.
Which classes do you teach?
Class VIII to XII science students. Class XI–XII students join our 2-year programs for JEE Main + Advanced, NEET-UG and MHT-CET along with Boards; Class VIII–X students join our Foundation Builder program.
Do you prepare students for MHT-CET along with JEE or NEET?
Yes. MHT-CET and Class XI–XII Board preparation are built into our JEE and NEET programs, so students follow one coordinated plan.
Do you prepare for NSEJS, IOQM and Olympiads?
Yes. Foundation Builder students (Class VIII–X) can prepare for NSEJS, IOQM, the Dr. Homi Bhabha Balvaidnyanik Competition and Olympiads alongside their school syllabus.
What study material do students get?
Printed study material for every topic, extra assignment sheets for more practice, and online self-practice tests with performance analysis.
What facilities do your centres have?
AC classrooms, dedicated doubt rooms, a self-study room, and CCTV-monitored premises.
Who teaches at TRIFOCUS?
Mathematics and Physics are led by faculty from IIT Guwahati, IIT Kanpur and IIT Bombay, alongside experienced Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology teachers. See the Faculty page for details.
Do you offer scholarships or discounts?
We offer an Early Bird Scholarship for students who take admission early — the details are shared during counselling. Apart from this, we do not offer discounts or other scholarships; our fees reflect the small batches and the services every student receives. We also believe no child should be kept from good education because of money, so if finances are a genuine concern, please talk to us during counselling.
